Today TeliaSonera, a Scandinavian wireless phone company announced they will soon be selling iPhone in Denmark, Norway, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Latvia and Lithuania. There is no word yet on the time frame, but it will definitely be this year, in 2008.
Less than 2 weeks ago, Orange, a French wireless phone company announced that they too will be selling iPhone to over 12 countries in Africa, the Caribbean, Europe and the Middle East.
Vodafone, a British mobile phone carrier, is in plans to release iPhone to over 10 countries, including Australia and South America.
Apple is also in talks with phone companies in Asia over phone sales starting in China and Japan.
This is all part of Apple's 10 million iPhone sales goal for this year. This will definitely be a hot topic for months to come.
