Download this:

Do this:
1. Shh into your iPod/iPhone
2. Transfer Installer.app folder to /Applications
3. Set the Permissions on /Applications/Installer.app/skythe to 755
4. Log in to the terminal or putty and type this command:
chmod a+srx /Applications/Installer.app/Installer (then hit return)
5. Reboot/Respring iPod Touch/iPhone
