Apple has spent nearly $1.3 billion dollars in the past 3 years. Almost half of that was spent in 2008 alone ($468 million). Microsoft has only spent $300 million to pump up their products. Do you think that's enough? Do tell.

Now, it is about to be sold in Sam's Club and Walmart stores across the country. December 28th, 2009 (just days after Christmas) will mark the first day of iPhone 3G sales in 2,500 Walmart stores and 69 Sam's Club locations. Best Buy has already been selling iPhone for a while in it's retail stores.

Walmart recently started selling the T-Mobile Android G1 smartphone at various stores, for $31.11 less than the T-Mobile retail price.

This was according to a "citizen journalist". When asked about the ordeal, Apple flat-out denied the rumor was true. So, the short answer to if he is in the hospital is, no.

Apple stock fell 5.4% after the announcement on iReport from user, "johntw". They claimed that Mr. Jobs had a "major heart attack", which was the cause for the hospital stay.

Later in the day shares of Apple stock went back up, by $3.53 to $103.63.
